Our high-volume claims processing, health information technology, and successful track record in designing government health solutions provide unmatched value and quality for our expanding base of clients.

We work closely with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to process 20 percent of the nation’s Medicare claims, more than any other contractor in the country. We proudly serve more than 200,000 providers and over 22 million people with Medicare in 18 states and five U.S. Territories.

We also manage CMS’ 1-800-MEDICARE customer service application to help call centers answer beneficiary questions and enable beneficiaries to find answers online. We provide front-end access so that durable medical equipment suppliers nationally can submit more than 80 million electronic claims each year.

We are based in Indianapolis, Indiana, with eight key locations employing nearly 2,000 associates in the Midwest and Northeast. We also operate a 28,000-square-foot data center in Shelbyville, Kentucky, and generate annual revenues of $260 million.
